Chicken Satay
This is a very delicious Malaysian recipe
Ingredients
250 g chicken boneless
1 teaspoon soya souse
1 teaspoon Ginger garlic Paste
2 tablespoon Corn Flour
1 teaspoon Chili powder
1/2 teaspoon mustard souse
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon hot garam masala powder
salt taste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 egg
1/4 cup bread crambs
Bomboo skewers
Oil for frying

Marination
Wash and clean the chicken and then cut it in small pieces.
Mix well with chicken pieces, soya sauce, mustard sauce, ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, corn flour, lemon juice and egg in a vessel and marinate the chicken 30 mintes.

Preparation
Soak bamboo skewers in water.
Cooking
Heat oil on a pan.
Put a piece of chicken on bamboo skewers.
Then put the bread crumbles on coat it well.
After that put it in hot oil and stir well until it turns out to be slightly golden.
Then remove it on paper towel.
Chicken satay is ready.
