Chili Roasted Almonds

This instructable is for people that like spicy food and snacks.

The  recipe is simple and take a limited time to make.

Ingredients

The amount of ingredients for this instructable is the following.

500g almonds
1 tablespoon strong chilipower
1 tablespoon sweet chilipower
1 tablespoon coarse salt
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon garlicpower
2 dl water

I you want an more spicy mix add more of the strong chilipowder

Dry Almonds

Put the almonds in the oven at around 300°F (150°C)
The drying time varies and the almonds should be watched.

Check the almonds until the desired crunchyness is reached

Mix Ingredients

Add the ingrdients to a pan and heat up the mixture.

Heat Up the Mixture

Heat up the mixture until the buttom of the pan is visible 

Add the Dryed Almonds

Add the dried almonds to the mixture while stiring

when the pan is dry the almonds are ready

Dry the Almonds Again

When the almonds are ready put them on a pam and put them in the oven again.

The oven must be set to 300°F(150°C)
This time it is very important to watch the almonds as the must not get to much

The roasting time must be watched.

The time will vary, which mean that you must watch them and stir often.

When the drying is done put the roasted almonds in a bowl and enjoy.

Remember to make plenty of almonds because they can be gone quickly.
