Chilli Paneer - Indian Cuisine
An other recipe to make your weekend special "CHILLI PANEER" which is an Indian recipe with a restaurant touch that contains a combination of chopped onions, garlic and chillies , Tomato flavour with some vinegar and soya sauce.
Supplies
- full packet of Paneer Cubes
- Onions (2)
- Green Chillies(3)
- Garlic Cloves(4 to 5)
- Capsicum, ( half)
- 1 Tablespoon of Salt
- 1 Tablespoon of Chilli Powder
- 1/2 Tablespoon of Turmeric
- Soup Powder(optional)
- 3 Tablespoons of Oil
Preparation of Paneer
- Switch on the stove
- Keep a medium sized kadai
- Once its heated , Add three tablespoon of oil
- Add the paneer cubes
- Fry until the colour changes to brownish yellow(Transfer it to a bowl)
- Finely chop the onions, garlic and chillies.
Preparation of Gravy
- In the same Kadai, Add chopped capsicum, fry for sometime. ( Image 1 in Step 2)
- Then add finely chopped onions, garlic and green chillies (Image 2 in Step 2)
- Add one tablespoon of salt and one chilli powder ( Image 3 and image 4 in Step 2)
- Stir for sometime( Image 5 in Step 2)
- Close the lid for about a minute
- Then Add Soup Powder or Pasta Masala for gravy Texture ( Image 6 in step 2)
- Add Some water and mix it until gravy texture forms (Image 7 in Step 2)
Final Step
- Once the gravy texture is formed add the fried paneer ( Image 1 in Step 3)
- Mix it thoroughly until the gravy completely spreads to the paneer
- Serve it to bowl and garnish it carrots and tomato sauce
