Chip Dip in a Crockpot
Ingredients
1 pound hamburger
1 pound hot sausage (you can use mild also)
1 box velveeta cheese
1 big can of diced tomatoes or 2 small cans
Brown your hamburger and then brown your sausage. Drain grease off the meat. Put in a crockpot. If you put one meat in first and half the cheese and tomatoes, then the other meat and the rest of the cheese and tomatoes, it cooks a little faster that way.
Cut up the velveeta cheese into cubes.
Open cans of tomatoes.
Put the cheese and tomatoes in the crockpot.
Turn crockpot on high until the cheese is melted, you will need to stir occasionally to mix all ingredients. Once cheese is melted, you are ready to serve.
Serve with tortilla chips or any chips or crackers. Whatever you like. Enjoy!
