Chocolate Chip Banana Pizza
This recipe was very easy to make. I didn’t use the chocolate chips, but for the chocoholic the chips are a must have!
This dessert is better served to a crowd because it doesn’t make for good leftovers since the pudding will make the cookie soggy and the bananas will brown after a short while.
Ingredients:
1 3 ounce box of instant vanilla pudding
1 tube refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
4-5 medium bananas
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chocolate sauce

Make the Pudding
In a large mixing bowl, prepare the pudding as directed on the package. Refrigerate pudding for 2 hours or until firm.
Bake the Cookie
Roll out the dough on the pizza pan. Bake dough according to package directions (approximately 8-10 minutes).
Remove the cookie from the oven and place on a wire cooling rack and allow to cool for 15 minutes.

Slice the Bananas
While the cookie is cooling, peel the bananas and slice them into thin pieces.
Spread the Pudding Onto the Cookie
Once the cookie is cooled, spread the pudding onto the cookie with a rubber scraper.
Bring Everything Together
Arrange the bananas on the pudding, and sprinkle chocolate chips and drizzle chocolate sauce over the entire pizza. Serves 6-8.
Enjoy!
