Chocolate Cookie Sausage

This dessert is a delight ! it's very easy and fun to do even for the youngest !

Supplies

to make this chocolate sausage, you will need:

- fifteen cookies "petits beurres"

- 100 grams of chocolate

- 75 grams of soft butter

- 100 grams of icing sugar

- an egg

- 100 grams of slivered almonds

- 50 grams of icing sugar ( for the decoration)

Take about fifteen cookies "petits beurres". Mix them roughly.

In a frying pan, toast the slivered almonds until they brown. put on medium heat, not too high so that they do not burn.

Let the chocolate melt slowly over medium heat.

In a bowl, mix the soft butter with the sugar to form a homogeneous ointment.

Add the melted chocolate to the "ointment" preparation and mix.

Then add the egg, toasted almonds and pieces of cookies "petits beurres" and mix.

Put the preparation on a sheet of cling film, then close the cling film and roll it like a sausage. It must have a regular shape. after placing it in the fridge for 6 hours so that it hardens.

After 6 hours in the fridge, unwrap it and roll it in icing sugar. Cut it into thin slices and serve!
