Chocolate Meringue Cake

Hello people, this is my first Ible and I hope you like it. If you do please vote for me in the chocolate contest.
So basically this is one one of the best chocolate cakes ever. It has meringuey taste thanks to beating the egg whites and incorporating them later. So let's get started!

Ingredients

For this cake you will need :
             - 200 grams dark chocolate
             - 200 grams butter
             - 200 grams sugar (1 cup)
             - 5 eggs (separated)
             - 40 grams flour (1/3 of a cup)
             - a pinch of salt

Melting the Chocolate

Break all the chocolate into pieces and cut the butter. Next melt the chocolate and the butter together with the bain-marie technique. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees celsius ( 390 degrees fahrenheit). Melt until smooth.

Sugar, Egg Yolks and Flour

Add the sugar to the egg yolks and beat for about 30s. Next add the flour and beat again until smooth.

Add the Chocolate

Add the melted chocolate and butter to the mixture. Beat well

Beat the Egg Whites

Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites and beat them well.

Add the Egg Whites to the Mixture

Add the egg whites to the mixture and incorporate well.

Put the mixture in a buttered quiche mold.

Bake

Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes
