Things You will need

  1. One Large bowl
  2. Two 9x5 loaf Pans
  3. Dry ingredients
    1. 2 cups all-purpose flour
    2. 1 cup white sugar
    3. 1 ½ tsp baking powder
    4. ½ tsp baking soda
    5. 1 tsp salt
    6. 2 (3.9 oz) Packages Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
  4. Wet ingredients
    1. 1 cup Sourdough Stater ( here is ours)
    2. 1 cup vegetable oil
    3. ½ cup milk
    4. 3 eggs
    5. 1 tsp Vanilla extract (we used homemade extract)

Let's Get It Started

Preheat oven to 350º
F (175º C). Lightly Grease two 9x5 loaf pans (We use a spray with flour in it. If you grease the pan with shortening (and then add flour) the bread might turn green!!! It's still fine to eat, just a weird color.)

Dry Ingredients

Bake until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean, about 60 min.

Cool Down and Relax

Cool on a wire rack for 10 min. before removing from pan.

One Last thing. Just sit back and enjoy. It's really good with whipped cream.
