Chocolate and Honey Clusters

This is sweet after school, before-school, and during school snack is quick and super easy to make.

Ingredients:

Honey

Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Microwaveable Popcorn

Cayenne (optional)

Honey Clusters

  1. Add 3-5 tablespoons of honey into a microwaveable container
  2. Microwave for 45 seconds on HIGH
  3. Mix the popcorn and honey into a bowl and place on a baking sheet
  4. When cooled form clusters
  5. Enjoy!

Chocolate Cayenne Popcorn

  1. Fill a small pot halfway with water and bring to boil
  2. Put pot on top of the still boiling water and add semi-sweet chocolate chips
  3. Stir chocolate constantly to avoid burning
  4. Take of heat and add to a bowl with popcorn
  5. Add the Cayenne to popcorn and stir
  6. Enjoy!
