Chocolate Chip Poundcake
This recipe was started in our family by my great-grandmother we call, "Mammy." She's 101 years old and still up and ready to go!
But, many people in our family have passed down this recipe through generations and is hoped to be passed down for more and is well-liked by almost everyone, i know! My friends have tried it and LOVED it! So, i hope you do too.
What's needed:
-1 box of Duncan Hines chocolate cake mix
-1 small box of instant vanilla pudding mix
-1 teaspoon of vanilla
-1 (8 oz.)box of sour cream
-3/4 cup of water
-1/3 cup of oil
-3 eggs
-1 (6 oz.) package of chocolate chips
-Bundt pan
-a large bowl
-whisk or spoon

-1 (6 oz.) package of chocolate chips
-Bundt pan
-a large bowl
-whisk or spoon
Step #1:
Mix all ingredients, except chocolate chips.
Step #2:
After mixing all ingredients, add the chocolate chips.
Step #3:
After adding the chocolate chips, pour into a greased Bundt pan slowely to even out the cake batter.
Step #4:
Then, put in oven and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes to 1 hour(60 minutes) depending on your oven.
Step #5:(Optional)
After the cake is good and baked, it's optional that you may add powdered sugar. But, only add after it's cooked. If you don't want to add powered sugar..then you're cake is a finished product!
