Christmas Hat Ornament
these easy and fun ornaments will look good on any tree
you will need
a lot of yarn you can use one or two colors
a 3/4 inc of reinforced toilet paper roll
scissors
ruler
cotton ball optional
Measure Your Lenghts
cut 41 lengths of yarn that measure 13 inches each
Make Loops
take one string and fold it in half
make the loot that i drew on the cardboard
continue all away around
Finish Up
once the whole piece of toilet paper roll is covered push the strings back trough the ring the tie a string around the top cut off excess yarn and if theres too much yarn on top trim it up
