Cilantro Chutney

Cilantro Chutney is a blend of fresh cilantro (green coriander) and variety
of spices. Cilantro Chutney is a “must” with Fries, samosas, chaats,Savaory Snacks, and many popular Indian snacks. Like ketchup and other popular condiments, Cilantro Chutney can be used in a variety of different ways!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves (cilantro leaves)
  • 2 tablespoons mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon groundnuts(optional)
  • 1 green chili, chopped
  • 1/2 inch ginger piece
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons water

Take Groundnuts, Green Chili, Ginger, Sugar and Salt in a Small Jar of Mixer Grinder.

Grind Them in a Mixer or Food Processor Until Smooth.

Add Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Lemon Juice and Water and Grind Again Until Smooth Puree.

Transfer to serving bowl. Coriander chutney with mint is ready.
