First thing is first, preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Then put 1 tbsp. of butter in a microwave safe bowl and microwave it for 30 seconds. Add 1 tbsp. of honey to the butter and microwave for another 10 seconds. Add a pinch of salt to the two ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Here Come the Peanuts!

Now mix the 1 cup of peanuts with the butter and honey mixture. Toss until the peanuts are completely covered and then lay them out on a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Place the covered peanuts on the tray in the preheated oven for 15-17 minutes.

In a clean dry bowl mix 2 tbsp. of powdered sugar, 1 tsp. of cinnamon, and 1/2 tsp. of allspice. Add the sticky peanuts to the dry mixture and mix until all peanuts are well coated. Keep in an airtight container. Best when served fresh and warm. Enjoy!
