Cinnamon-y Sticky Monkey Bread
This monkey bread is very simple and delicious and a great way to have a dessert or a sweat treat! Yield 10-14 servings. This turns out to be a very gooey and delicious treat. Serve this with cold milk or warm coffee

1 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoon cinnamon

1 cup lukewarm water
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 large eggs
2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon sugar
4 teaspoon instant yeast
4 cups flour

Step One
Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl, and set aside for later.
Step Two
Put water, vegetable oil, eggs, salt, sugar, and yeast in a medium sized bowl, mix well
Step Three
Add two cups of the flour to the mixture, stir to blend.
Step Four
Add the rest of the flour, mixing to make a dough. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes.
Step Five
Knead the dough until it is soft and smooth.
Step 6
Place the dough in a greased bowl and let it rise for about 30-60 minutes or until it has doubled in size.
Step Seven
Deflate the dough gently and place on a lightly oiled surface. Divide into pices about 1 1/2 inch pieces. There will be about 32-36 pieces.
Step Eight
Grease an 8 inch round cake pan. Dip each piece of dough into water and roll it in the cinnamon and sugar you made earlier.
Step Nine
Put pieces in the pan in a single layer, sprinkle the left over cinnamon and sugar over the top.
Step Ten
Cover the pan and let the bread rise for another 30-60 minutes, or until it is puffy, preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
Step Eleven
Uncover pan and bake for 25- 30 minutes, until it is golden brown.
Step Twelve
Remove pan from oven and turn on to a cooling rack, scrape any topping left in the pan on to the bread.
Step Thirteen
Pull bread apart to serve. Serve warm or at room temperature.
