Cnc Router Guitar

Do you always wanted to make your own guitar?The only things you need are:

-A CNC router

-18mm MDF for the sides and the bottom part of the neck.

-5mm plywood

The guitar consists of several parts that fit together in a logical way. It is best to start with the sides. This consists of two parts, each with two different components which are placed on each other. When this is done you can make the top and the bottom of the guitar. If you are done with these steps, you can attach them by the usage of glue, nails or screws. The only thing that is missing right now is the neck of the guitar. This remains out of 3 parts. Where the two upper parts are 5mm thick plywood and the bottem part is 18 mm mdf. After everything is setled by putting it together, the only thing that is remaining is the bridge, the saddle, the tuner and the nut. Due to the short time we had, it was not possible to finish our project. The files we used to make the guitar are attached to this instructables, the nut and the saddle/bridge are included.
