CodeBlocks Fidget

In this tutorial I will show you how to make a 3D printed fidget in Block Code. Each shape moves independently and does not make noise while fidgeting.

Supplies

TinkerCad CodeBlocks: Free website

3D printer with filament to print out your design. (The white and purple one in the picture was made by stopping the print 1/2 way through and changing the filament).

1. Write Your Block Code in TinkerCad

Go to TinkerCad and on the left hand side click on CodeBlocks. Then click on new to start a new blank project.

I started by making one shape and then used the code to adjust and make one large shape. Then you copy the shape and make it larger each time. This will produce a single 3D print and when you remove from the raft you have a working fidget.

2. Download Your STL and Print

You will need to click on export in the upper right corner of TinkerCad. Choose STL. This will give you a 3D print that you can print on any 3D printer. Enjoy your fidget!
