I made a comically large ball bearing into a comically large fidget spinner. And now you can aswell

Start by designing the ball bearing in Fusion 360. Create a square 6 inches away from the center point. Within the square, make a circle with a half-inch diameter. Use the revolve tool to make the rectangle go around the center point to make a full circle. Ensure the circle in the square is cut when it becomes a body so the balls can flow through. Once the circle is extruded, split it into four to make 3D printing easy. 3D print the pieces.

Supports

You will then measure the inside parts of the 3D-printed pieces. They should measure about 11 inches. Using a CNC machine, cut a perfect circle to support the inside pieces of the ball bearing. Finally, you now want to cut a ring that is about 1.5 inches bigger than the inside support (measure everything yourself to be sure)to support the outside pieces. Glue the 3D pieces onto the wood supports.

Put It All Together

Put it all together now. You might want to melt a small hole into the 3D-printed inside to insert the balls. The End.
