Condense Plastic Grocery Bags...
This is a simple way to condense the clutter of having many plastic grocery bags sitting around and yet still have them at hand when they are needed
Get Your Bags...
I had so many plastic bags wadded into one another that they were consuming my stairwell where I had them hanging from a hook. Yes I could have thrown them out or better, recycled them, but you never know when you might need one or two for a project... so I though I need to condense them. But how?... Vacuum seal them?, impractical... Create a parallel universe to store them in?, who has the time?... Fold them??? well my mother always said my clothes might actually fit in my drawers if I folded the laundry... sure I'll give it a try...

Lay Them Flat...
As the title says Lay them flat...
I found by putting your finger in the handle and in the crease at the bottom and tugging them apart the bag lays flat very well.

Start Folding...
First fold in half so the handles lay together.
Keep Folding...
Fold the excess into the same line as the handles.
Rotate, and Keep Folding...
Rotate the bag 90 degrees or 270 degrees if you prefer and start folding at the bottom of the bag forming roughly a square fold. And now KEEP FOLDING...
Fold it over and over until just the handles remain out.

Tie It Up...
Separate the handles drawing one over the top and one under the bottom. and tie a simple overhand knot on the top of the parcel.
If you like straighten the handles so they are parallel with the rest of the bag.
