Cook Steak on a Gas Grill

Gas Grill Steak, How To Cook With Gas - GardenFork Cooks

You can cook a nice steak on a regular gas grill. Our grill is a sidewalk find, freecycle version of your average propane grill. It works great, and I wanted to show you how to grill a steak on a propane grill.

The secret to good steak is to season it simply and not over cook it. Many steaks from the supermarket are kinda thin, and they cook fast, so we need to do a few things to make this work out well the first time.

The average gas grill will not always give you those neat grill marks, because many gas grills don't get hot enough. There are some more expensive grills that do heat up quite a bit.

But what I like about this steak recipe is you don't have to fire up the charcoal to make dinner.
