Corn Dog Pizza With Dipping Sauces
My son has always been addicted to corn dogs, and we had to cut back his corn dog intake. So considering he hadn't had very many this year I decided his Birthday would be a perfect time to make the night special with a corn dog pizza! This pizza was a fun family dinner night, and you can get the whole family involved making it and add to the fun with the dipping sauces too.
Making Pizza Sauce
Things needed:
4 cups chopped onions
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp olive oil
16 oz tomato sauce
8 oz water
2 Tbsp corn syrup
1 Tbsp vinegar
2 bay leaves
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Mix all ingredients except onions, garlic, and oil in a bowl
Saute onions in oil on low, add the garlic powder, and keep stirring until onions are tender.
Add the flour and stir another minute
Add the ingredients you have mixed in the bowl in step 1 and simmer 50 minutes
If it gets really thick add more water
Remove bay leaves
Set aside to put on top of your pizza crust later

What you need:
2 boxes Jiffy Cornmuffin mix
1 1/3 Cup Flour and extra for dusting
About 1 1/3 Cup water
4 Tbsp Olive Oil
10 hot dogs
Oiled pizza pan
Mix the Jiffy cornmuffin mix, flour, oil and slowly add water in a bowl until dough is not sticky.
Roll out dough onto flour dusted table. Make it larger than the pan.
Slide your oiled pan under the dough
Place hot dogs on the the outside of the circle
Then take the outside of the circle and cover the hot dog
Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes
Take out and add toppings and sauce

2 Tbsp bbq sauce
1/4 Tbsp maple syrup
Cranberry Honey Mustard
2 Tbsp cranberry sauce
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp mustard
Pink Sauce
1 Tbsp Miracle Whip
1 Tbsp Ketchup
Sugarplum Sauce
1 Tbsp Asian plum sauce
2 Tbsp Honey
Buffalo Ranch
1 Tbsp buffalo wing sauce
2 Tbsp Ranch salad dressing
Cheddar Cheese
1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/2 Cup milk
1 Cup shredded cheese
1/2 Tbsp dry mustard
Apricot Mustard Sauce
1/4 cup apricot preserves
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
Sweet n Sour
1/4 Cup grape jelly
1/4 Cup ketchup
Peanut Sauce
2 Tbsp creamy peanut butter
1/4 Cup prepared asian sesame salad dressing
2 Tbsp bbq sauce
1/4 Tbsp maple syrup
Cranberry Honey Mustard
2 Tbsp cranberry sauce
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp mustard
Pink Sauce
