Wath do you need?
1. A controller (Ps, xbox or something else).
2. Spray paint or if you want normal paint.
3. Sanding paper.
4. Maybe if you want a stencil for the paint.
5. A screw driver.
6. A bowl for the screws (that you don't lose them).

7. And if you want some lacquer to protect the spray paint
8. And of course you need a idea for how you want your controller look.

Step 1

First you need to put all the screws out. Put them in a bowl so you don't lose them also put the buttons in there if you don't want to spray them.

Step 2

Now you need to put the bottom part away of the up part.

Step 3

Now you need to unscrew the mother board.

Step 4

Now you need to get all the wires away of the light and the mother board and the mouse pad of the Ps 4 controller.

Step 5

Now you need to get every thing out of the controller so you only have the case.

Step 6

Now you need to sand the up part of the case and if you want also the bottom part.

Step 7 (only Do This Step If You Want)

Now if you want you can print a stencil and cut it out.

Step 8 (only If You Want)

Now if you have the stencil printed and cutted out you can stick it the case of the controller

Step 9

Now you can spray the controller in the colour that you want. (you can also spray the buttons if you want).

Step 10

Now let the spray paint or colour dry

Step 11

Now you can put the stencil of it.

Step 12

now you spray some lacquer on it to protect the spray paint for scratches

Step 12

Now you put the mother board and the mouse pad back in and put all the wires back on there plays

Step 13

Now you screw the mother board again on his plays.

Step 14

Now you can screw the case with everything in it back to each other.

Step 15
