Products:
Milk - 1 cup (Or water 50% to 50% milk) Live yeast - 25 g Flour - 400-500 g Eggs - 2 pcs. Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp. spoons Salt - 1 pinch Baking powder 0.5 tsp Sugar 3 tablespoons.

Making Dough

Heat the milk to 30-35 degrees.
Pour flour, salt, sugar, baking powder in the center, make a hole in the center, pour milk or water, eggs, oil, add yeast. Knead the dough and put in a warm place for 1 hour. When rises, knead by hand. Knead until it begins to lag behind the hands.

Divide the dough into 10-12 pieces of 100 grams each and set for 10-15 minutes.
Making the filling, mix cottage cheese 600 grams sugar 100 grams and 1 protein and a little sour cream so that the mass is homogeneous and creamy.

We roll out the dough for buns and add some flour, roll the dough into strips of 15 cm in width about 60-70 cm in length. The thickness of the dough is as thin as possible.
