Cream Cheese Frosty the Snowman

Frosty the Snowman! How cute is he. So easy to make even your kids will have fun making and eating this cream cheese delight.
You'll need:



1 brick of cream cheese, cut in half

1/4 cup shredded mozzarella

5 peppercorns

crackers

carrot nose

1 wooden skewer

Roll each piece of cheese to form a round ball. Roll each ball into the shredded cheese. Stack one on top of one another. Pierce through both rounds of cheese with skewer to hold cheese in place, you made need to shorten the skewer.Place 2 round crackers on top to form a hat. Stick peppercorns to form eyes and buttons on the snowman. Surround with your favourite crudités or crackers.
