Cream Puffs

 Step 1   Make Cream puffs     In saucepan add 1cup water ,1/4tsp salt,and 1 stick Butter {not margerine}, Bring to boil then add 1 cup flour and stir till forms soft ball. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Add 4 eggs and beat till mixed,  Heat oven to 400 and line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Using a Ice cream scoop sprayed with Pam  scoop balls onto sheet at 2 inch intervals. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and poke with knife to let steam out and slice in half. Remove the filling of puff to form hollow shell. Let cool..
   Fillin:  1 pkg Cheesecake pudding. 1and 1/2 cups Whipping cream and 1/2 c milk. Beat till stiff. Now fill these puppies up and drizzle chocolate over tops and sprinkle on some Powdered sugar for extra sweetness.
            Can be Frozen     Variations can be Just Whipping cream or any flavor Pudding mixed as stated above. Have also used Cherry pie filling for topping. Enjoy!!!!
