Creamy Macaroni and Cheese

This creamy dish was made by me when I was craving a creamy Macaroni and Cheese recipe. Please enjoy.

Supplies

You will need Macaroni pasta, Olive oil (or any oil), Salt, Garlic Powder, Milk, Cheese, Parmesan cheese. And the cooking utensils you will need are: A Spaghetti strainer, A Pot with a lid, A Mixing spoon, and A measuring cup.

Boil the Water

Fill the pot with water about half of the way and then heat on the stove. Wait for the water to start bubbling.

Put the Macaroni In

When the water starts bubbling, throw in a pinch of salt and dump the macaroni in. Stir the macaroni until it is cooked. If you are making macaroni for yourself only, only use half of a packet. If you are making it for your family, and you need leftovers, (like I am doing), use 1 and a half packets.

Drain the Macaroni

When the macaroni  has finished cooking, pour the contents from the pot, into the spaghetti strainer. Do this in the sink so that the hot water will go directly to the drain. Take the macaroni  which is in the spaghetti strainer and set it on a kitchen cloth on a countertop, and wait for it to cool.

Make the Cheese Part

Put the pot back on the stove. Pour a quarter cup of oil into the pot. Pour 2 cups of milk. Add 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of garlic powder. Add half a cup of parmesan cheese. Finally, add two cups of cheese. Stir the mixture around.

Mix the Macaroni

When the mixture starts to get hot and melty, turn off the stove. Then go and grab the macaroni and pour it into the pot. Mix the mixture with the pasta, until it is thoroughly mixed.

Eat It Up

Enjoy this cheese-covered dish, and eat it up with a smile. Luckily even though this dish is cheese covered, it isn’t cheesy.
