Creamy Spinach Dip
When coming up with a new and creative appetizer, this creamy spinach dip is the way to go. It's the type of appetizer that any one would love, even picky eaters. and it's easy to make.
Supplies
- Large Mixing Bowl
- Mixing spoon
- 8x8 Baking dish
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic
- 1 pinch salt, to taste
- 1 pinch black pepper, to taste
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes, to taste
Preheat Oven
We are gonna start by preheating our oven to 350F.
Prepare Baking Dish
Spray the inside of an 8×8 baking dish with cooking spray, then set aside.
Mix Cream Base
In a large bowl, Mix together sour cream and cream cheese until thick and smooth with a spoon.
Add Spinach and Other Ingredients
Then add spinach, Monterey jack cheese, Parmesan cheese, dried minced onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the bowl.
Combine Ingredients
then stir until thoroughly combined.
Transfer to Baking Dish
now Transfer the sinch dip into prepared baking dish and then smoothen it out to make it even
Bake the Dip
Place the dish in the oven
