Creating a Graphic Icon

Icons can be used to represent a program, an app, or even a link to a website. Often times, Illustrator is used to create them. These high quality images can then be saved and resized without losing quality because they were created using vectors. In the following tutorial, we use Illustrator to recreate a popular icon.
