In this assignment, I have created a robot that functions as a car. I used the basic components that were apart of the main set of tools, including the arduino, motor control, batteries, and the bluetooth device. With these materials, alonside screws, I have connected all of them with a set of wires by following instruction manuals and wiring diagrams.

The materials that I used for this project consists of wire stripper, screwdriver, and screws, to assemble the electronic components. A caliber to create accurate measurements. Additionally, the programs that I used for this project is Fusion 360 to design my stands for my baseplate as well a stand to balance my car as well as Adobe Illustrator to design my car.

What Problems Did You Face. How Did You Overcome Them?

In this project, One issue that I faced was the batteries. After I had completed my work, inserted the batteries in, I figured that the robot was not functioning. Even after using the multimeter to measure the voltage, it shows that it has voltage. However, I was able to overcome the issue by figuring out that I needed more batteries. After this conclusion, I got a new battery that can hold 6 batteries. Another issue that I faced in this project was measurements. Despite using my caliber to be accurate as possible. I still faced some issues regarding the prototype either being too big or too small. I was eventually able to overcome this issue by creating multiple prototypes until I got it right.

What Parts Are You Proud Of? What Would You Change Next Time?

One thing I am extremely proud of in this project is being able to use and maintain all the components given. Including the electronics components, after following tutorials and acquiring help from a teacher as well as my peers. I'm proud to have procured knowledge in basic engineering skills and have shown to enjoy the learning process. Considering that this is my first time making a car, I am proud of the end results and what I was able to produce.
