DIY Cardboard Drawer Partition
Things get mixed up inside drawers and making permanent partitions isn't always possible. You can make your own drawer area sections by utilizing cardboard sheets or upcycling the empty cardboard boxes.
Materials:
- Cardboard
- Cutter
- Sketch pen/ Marker
- Ruler
- Glue Gun
Draw Sections on Cardboard
Take a measurement of a drawer in which you need to make sections.
Draw the measurement on the cardboard by utilizing sketch pen and ruler.
This will help you cut straight lines required in the next step.
Create a Cavity
Create the cavity on the cardboard for the two lines as shown in figure.
This is required so as the other pieces have a sturdier joint with the base.
Otherwise, the partition column may collapse.
Paste the Other Pieces
Add the rest of cardboard pieces in the cavity with the use of glue gun.
Install it inside the drawer and place your materials in a segregated manner.
