DIY ESSENTIAL OIL DIFFUSER.

The purpose of an essential oil diffuser is to spread the aroma of essential oils throughout a home, deodorizing and purifying the air, making a room smell great, and lifting the mood.
It’s best to away from commercial versions and to make your own essential oil diffuser. That way you’ll know exactly what’s in it. It is quick and easy to assemble, using household materials that you’ve probably already got.

Vaporizer oil(OCEAN DREAM)

Old light bulb

Cotton humidifier wick

USB cable

plastic cap

5V USB Ultrasonic Mist maker Driver Board Atomizer Discs Humidifier Nebulizer

Ultrasonic Mist Atomizer Transducer

Scissor

Magic balls

Black tape(for stand only)

Power bank

Hot glue gun

Glue stick

Soldering iron

Take an old USB cable .

Cut the USB cable from the charging port and from the middle part of the cable for the connections to Ultrasonic mist Atomizer Transducer and 5V USB Ultrasonic Mist maker Driver Board Atomizer Discs Humidifier Nebulizer circuit respectively.

Circuit is purchased from the above links.

Now take an old bulb.

Remove the bulb base(aluminum cap). Filament with the help of screw driver and take it out from the bulb carefully.

Now make a 3mm hole with the help of scissor or drill on bulb base(aluminum cap).

Now put Ultrasonic Mist Atomizer Transducer(Membrane/Piezo Layer) in bulb base and connect to USB cable which pass from the bulb base hole.

solder it Ultrasonic Mist Atomizer Transducer(piezo with red wire(positive) and membrane with the black wire(negative))

Wear a rubber cap to the Ultrasonic Mist Atomizer Transducer(Piezo/Membrane) to protect it.

Add a magic balls ,stones, etc in the bulb to decorate it.

Take a plastic cap and bulb now stick it with the help of hot glue and wait till it hard.

Optional:- You can add LED's for mood light by adding 220ohm resistor in the bulb base.

Add 400-450ML mineral water or purified water to bulb for the long lasting of the circuit and for more fragrance.

Add a 7-8 drops vaporizer oil(OCEAN DREAM) for fragrance & spread the aroma of
essential oils throughout a home, deodorizing and purifying the air, making the room smell great, and lifting the mood.

First solder to transducer circuit to USB cable charging port side we cut it before, then solder to the 5V USB Driver Board Atomizer Discs Humidifier Nebulizer(main circuit) which was cut it from the middle part of USB cable in the beginning of the instructable.

Now connect to power-bank/ USB charger(socket)/ or laptop. You can connect to any one from this or which have a 5V and 2A Output.
