Materials

You will need:

  • Empty Bath & Body Works Candle Jar & Lid
    • We had a frosted one, but you can spray any clear jar with some frosting paint.
      • To get the rest of the candle wax out, freeze it for an hour and use a butter knife to make a crack in the wax. Pry it out and the rest should come out super easily. Wash the jar in some hot water to get everything else off. You might need some Goo Gone to help get the label off as well.
  • Fake Flowers
    • Pull the flowers and leaves off as well as any other decorative pieces, off of the stem.
  • Glue Gun
  • Battery powered fairy lights/micro LED string lights.

Glue the leaves onto the lid, make sure the leaves extend a little bit off of the lid, but not too much that it covers the jar.

Then glue the flowers on top of the leaves, and then glue any decorations you’d like. I had a pretty butterfly that I wanted to put on there.

Light It Up!
