DIY Automatic Hand Sanitizer Dispenser With Cardboard !!!!!

Corona Virus (Covid19) is wreaking havoc in the world. Almost every country is suffering from the Corona Virus. WHO has already announced it a Pandemic disease and many cities are under lockdown situation, people can’t step out of their homes, and thousands have lost their lives.

this is the simple hand sanitizer dispenser u can make out of card board and the bottle...

You can use this project only at office,homes etc not in public areas..

*cardboard(u can use any cardboard )

*A plastic bottle

*A bendable pipe( u can use aquarium tubing or medical tubing)

TOOLS!!! *SCISSORS

*A CUTTING BLADE

*GLUE GUN OR ANY GLUE.

*RULER AND A MARKER FOR MARKING.

These are the material required to make this project!!!

*cardboard(u can use any cardboard )

*A plastic bottle

*A bendable pipe( u can use aquarium tubing or medical tubing)

*A CUTTING BLADE

*GLUE GUN OR ANY GLUE.

*RULER AND A MARKER FOR MARKING.

These are the material required to make this project!!!

Cut the cardboard sheets to this length i mentioned.these are thee cardboard cuttings u have to cut......

u can follow the steps and the length and breadth in that pic

1.9*9 (length* breadth)

2.20*8(length* breadth)

3.20*8(length* breadth)

4.20*9(length* breadth)

5.8*8(length* breadth)

Now glue them in the place like first pic .glue them step by step like i did in the pic!!!

Now Make a hole for the bendable pipe with a screw driver or a compass in the middle piece (8*8)

Now take a radius of bottle with the compass and trace it to the top piece of the cardboard and cut it....

Now make a hole to the bottle and cut the access part of the tube and fix the tube into the hole of the bottle and cover with the glue to ensure there is no leakage and put the tube into the hole of the cardboard follow the pic!!!

*fill the bottle with water

*then hold the tube to stop the flow of the water.

*then close the cap of the bottle.

* the water stops flowing

*after the water stops u can open the cap slowly the water flows...

like u can see in the pic

steps to use ....

*hold the tube with one finger.

*open the cap of the bottle and fill the alcohol or hand sanitizer and close the top.

*now leave u r finger in which u were holding the the tube.

*now open the cap slowly andthe santizer will come of the tube and close the top>>>>
