Bored of displaying your memorable photos in Photo Frames ?

Well, try this Wall hanging 'Heart Collage' that can fit perfectly in your Bedroom or Living Room.

I made this gift for my sister's 1st wedding anniversary as she shifted to her new home.So I collected all the pictures they took in the one year span of time.

Hence,I suggest this gift for occasions such as Valentine's day,Wedding day,Anniversaries and other lovely occasions

The collage can be hanged using two 'L Clamps'.

The total cost for making this project would be 10 USD

Materials Required :

1.Corrugated Boxes ( 55 nos.) bought in India Mart

2.Photo printed in the Sticker Sheet in 3.5x5inch

3.Photo tapes ( Cut out from Photo sheets )

4.Pidilite 100ml Fevibond

5. Two 3 inch L Clamps from Local Hardware stores

6.General stationery materials such as Scale,Scissors,Cutter,Glue

Make 55 boxes from the Corrugated sheets and tape them in their sides to make it look neat.

In case, if you don't have the boxes, then make one as shown in the image using foam board.

Arrange the boxes in the shape of a heart. In my work,I have used 55 boxes

Begin to tape them together with the leftover stickers from the photo sheet.

Its generally difficult to tape them on the whole.Hence,I taped them as 4 segments :

1.Bottom part - 10 boxes

2.Center part - 29 boxes

3.Sides - 10 boxes each

4.Top - 3 boxes each

Stick the Photos

I printed the photos in A4 Photo Sticker sheet. In case,if you don't have a photo printer, you can take print in any photo studio.

Make sure the picture quality is high and the picture dimensions are as same as that of the box.

I used sticker paper as it sticks better on my box and also its easy use.

Once all the photos have been stuck, your Heart Collage will be ready for hanging.

Finish It Up !!

Once the collage is ready, hang in the place where you want it to be.

I initially placed in an open space made for cupboard.Later,I mounted the it in the window using 2 L clamps on both the sides for supporting it.

Also I used LED Decorative Serial Lights lying around in my home. You can also use LED Strip for better look.
