DIY Jumping Beans

We love playing with these jumping beans. They move in a crazy unpredictable way, jumping and wiggling in your hand.

Here is a great way to make your own jumping beans that are as good or better then the store bought ones.

Amazon Jumping Beans

Only two things needed to make these fun little toys, both can be found on Amazon or Ebay.

6 mm BBs

Gelatin Capsules Size Zero

Smaller BBs and capsules work well too.

Pull apart the capsules and get one BB for each jumping bean you are going to make.

Put the BB into one side of the capsule.

Put the capsule back together.

Pinch together firmly but carefully

Take the capsules in hand.

Tilt you hand slightly back and forth, side to side.

Watch in amazement as the beans wiggle and hop in and out of your hand.
