After a lot ' of work I finished the 3D printer , Sequel will show my components and the various hardware changes / software :

1x SainSmart RAMPS 1.4

1x SainSmart Mega 2560 R3

5x SainSmart A4988 driver

1x SainSmart LCD 12864 With Controller

1x SainSmart SD card breakout For ramps

2x SainSmart Cooler Fan for 3D ramps

6x SainSmart Mechanical Endstop with cable

1x SainSmart RAMPS 1.4 wiring cable

1x SainSmart Heatbed MK2b

2x thermistor For headbed(100K ohm)

1x Borosilicate Glass1x Aluminium Bed Mount Plate

5x NEMA 17 Stepper Motors Minebea Mill Robot RepRap Makerbot Prusa 3D Printer

1x Assembled J-head Hotend 0.3mm Nozzle. —— replace with —— E3D V6 0.4mm 40W 12V

5x GT2 20T aluminum pulley

1x GT2 5M Timing Belt

1x USB Cable

As for the mechanics, rods, bearings, lead screws, support structures, was material that had already so we had not to buy it.

In the printer has been installed firmware Marlin free download from GitHub: https://github.com/MarlinFirmware/Marlin

In the firmware to do a long setup process with the appropriate parameters of our machine.

For PC control and the creation of drawings and related slicing instead use more programs like:

– Cura
– Repetier Host

– Pronterface

– Slic3r

– 123 Design

For now, I tried to print with ABS and PLA materials based 3D printing is worth reviewing the different melting temperatures and thus the print speed.
