- 2 cups of coconut juice with coconut bits (can be substituted with another juice or beverage of your choice)

- 3 teaspoons of agar agar (a natural gelling agent derived from red algae)

- Herbs, pomegranate seeds and other edible decorations

- Dome-shaped molds (cupcake pans, ice cub trays, leftover pudding cups and silicone molds will all work)
