Vinyl record clocks are a fun way to recycle old vinyl records that may be scratched or broken. Here is how you can make one yourself, and it is very easy.

Supplies

-Vinyl Record 33”

-Clock Kit (Gearbox and Arms)

-Laser Cutter

-Stencil(s) of the Design(s)

-Hot Glue Gun

Make the Design You Want on the Record

Pick the design that you want on the record and put it on the record where you want it engraved.

Laser Engrave Your Design

Use a laser cuter to engrave the design you picked in step 1.

Attach the Clock Kit to the Record

Once you get a clock kit, the installation is very simple. Use a hot glue gun to glue the back on and then follow the instructions as according to the picture. Then, put the battery in.

Other Additions (optional)

The final step is adding whatever else you want to add. On mine, I put pictures from the white album gatefold and inserts.
