DIY Wakeboard/Surf Trainer (Indo-Board)

Hello everyone

In this indestructible i will teach you how to build a wake-board or surf trainer very similar to an indo-board
You will need:

> 5-6 inch PVC pipe about 6 inches longer than the board you will be using on it

>2 bicycle inner tubes

>Old wakeboard, surfboard or skateboard without trucks

>Wakeboard handle ( optional for wakeboarders )

Building the Roller

The roller is a pretty key part in making your trainer work

>Take your bicycle inner tubes and chop the valve off

>cut down the centre to produce a flat piece of rubber

>Tape this piece of rubber onto the roller with parcel tape or duck tape

The roller is complete

Take your old board and put it in place

That's It ...... Just Ride !

Put the center of your chosen board on the roller and step on with both feet evenly spread. Then rock towards the end of the board that is in the air and you will begin to balance. When you get better 180's, 360's and shuvits are all possible. For the beginner wakeboarders you can use the handle attatched to a tree to get a feeling for the backside rotation and also how to balance on rails.

It also provides a smoother ride if you do it on carpet or an old rug and a flat piece of grass is also very good

Thanks very much and have fun :)
