I ate it first in a restaurant in Poland. It was very good but only recently I started lookind for the recipe. And guess what? Its very easy!

Ingredients

bulka_tarta.jpg
chicken breasts
oil
flour
yolk
bread crumbs

filling:
some butter
things of your choice: garlic, salt, pepper, herbs, some lemon juice

Making

Flatten the chicken breasts with meat hammer. Put the butter mix on tpo and roll it tightly.

Frying

Now just roll the meat with the butter inside firstly in flour, then in  yolk and the ground bread.
 Now fry it. It should be deep fried but for healthier version put a little of oil on the pan and turn it from time to time.
Done!
