Never run out of HP!

Materials

Quarter machine plastic toy capsule

Cut a rectangle from cardboard.

Roll the cardboard so it is curved.

Cut strips into the piece, keeping the whole thing intact.

It should look as shown.

Take the plastic capsule. You may color it as I did, or leave it clear.

Nestle the capsule flat side down into the neck.

Place a small strip of tape on the each band and wrap them around the bottom of the capsule as shown.

The Lip

Trim off any excess cardboard from the top of the neck, dependent on how long you want the neck.

Cut a small slit into the neck opposite of the preexisting opening from making the neck.

Fold each of the resulting tabs dow and tape them down.

Be careful when taping them to make sure that you end up with a jutting lip.

The Cork or Stopper

Take a long piece of cardboard and roll it up.

Slide this into the opening of the bottle.

You may have to experiment to make sure it is snug.

Final Touches.

Take your cord and tie a slip knot into each side.

Slip one side tightly onto the neck of the bottle.

Done!
