A sheet of tissue paper
String
Folding
Fold your bow then turn to the other side and fold again and keep repeating this pattern
Tying
Get about a 3" piece of string and tie it not to tight to your bow
Open up the folded sides
Fluffing
Start pulling apart (not tearing) the layers of tissue
And There You Have Your Bow
