This is a simple way to level your Delta 3D printer bed. ( This is made for Ø200 mm bed, but you can modify it for any for any bed)

Supplies

You will need:

- 3 Printed parts ( see attachment )

- 6 M3x25 screws

- 6 M3 Nuts

- 8 M5x10 screws (2 supports will be fixed with 3 and the 3rd one only with 2 ( so you can remove the bed when you need )

- 8 M5 nuts ( or special T-nut for aluminum profile )

- 6 Metal sheet ( around 1 square centimeter each; you can cut it from old cd-rom case )

- 1 Super glue

Assembly

After you print all 3 parts you need to place the M3 nuts into the hexagonal shaped holes. ( see picture ). Next you need to insert the M3 screw .

After you insert the M3 screw you need to glue the metal sheet right under it ( see picture ) to prevent the damage on the plastic surface.

Use the M5 screws and nuts to mount the parts on the 3d printer. Two of the parts will be fixed with 3 screws ( 2 on the side and one in the middle ) and the 3rd one will be fixed only with 2 screws ( on the sides ).

Bed Leveling

After you fixed the bed you need to level the bed.

First, tighten the M3 screw until it touches the metal sheet, then tighten it 2 more turns. After that move the 3D printer extruder from side to side. Use the screws to get the bed lower or higher.
