Measure all the parts that you would like to be on the stand and find the dimensions of the stand.

Cutting

Using your measured dimensions, cut the wood accordingly with a saw. Have one long plank to place the monitor on and two smaller side planks to elevate it. My dimensions for the small planks were 3 inches high by 5 inches deep and for my long plank, 25 inches across and 5 inches deep. After sawing, use sanding paper to ensure a smooth surface.

After cutting and sanding, you will have to screw the corresponding parts into one another and then the desk will look something like this!
