Diy Air Purifier

THIS IS A HACK FROM AIR COOLER TO AIR PURIFIER
this is so easy
you just need to add some layers of clothing and foam as primary and secondary filters

WHY WE NEED ONE

air purifiers in the market are too costly
and stuff was lying around my house
this air cooler is of no use due to rainy season
the place where I live is very polluted and a lot of dust
thus i need some kind of purification system
all the urban areas are heavily polluted and thus you also need to make one

What You Need

Foam sheet
cloth
velcro tape
air cooler or air conditioner
tools

Cut the Foam Sheet According to the Size of the Back Cover

make your cuts precise

Cut the Velcro Tape

cut it in the size desired

Stick the Velcro Tape

using hot glue gun, stick the velcro tape on the back cover and the foam sheet

Cotton Cloth

take a thin cotton cloth

CUT AND PASTE IT ON THE FOAM SHEET

make sure that you cut bit more on the sides to fold around the foam
stick together by using duct tape or staple them together,even you can sew them completely

OUR FILTERS ARE ALL SET

using the velcro stick them to the back cover

SLIDE IT IN

slide the back cover with new filters

we have got two filters one is primary nd secondary

Lets Test It

woooow man it works better than i expected
very less noise
perfect airflow
due to suction all the filters stick together
great air filteration

when tested it cleaned the room full of dusty air within 15 minutes

the water pump works perfectly fine and thus can be even used as an air humidifier too
you can add essential oils to its filters or water pump to get the air full of fragrance
