You Will Need
Your favoutite coffee mug( prefered plain);)
Masking tap

Making of Hearts
Draw heart shape on tape using marker.
Depending on which size of heart you want select your width of maskig tap.
Then cut it neatly using scissor.

Glue in On
After making your desired number of hearts arrange randomly on the mug.
And now time to add some sparkle.:)
On remaining space apply glue all over them sprinkle glitter dust on it carefully.
Press lightly so it sticks properly.
This step is little bit messy.
Then allow it to dry over night.

Varnish
After completely dry remove all the hearts carefully.
After that highlight your heart by using marker.
To make your mug waterproof apply varnish on in.
Allow it to dry overnight.
Mug is ready..
