You will need FAKE grass, mochiis, ripped sponge, and some little things. It doesnt really matter what you put in there.
Supplies
Balloon, mochis, funnel, sponge, fake grass, etc.
Putting It In
Take your supplies and put it in the funnel
If it doesnt go down push it with a pencil
If it doesnt go down push it with a pencil
Tie It
After you finish putting everything in tie the balloon then cut the edge off
