I saw the original Cube on a Reddit post. Thought I would expand on it a bit.

All parts and tools came from a local dollar store.

Supplies

a. 2 boxes of staples.

b. 4 pairs of headphones.

c. 1 blister pack super-glue.

d. 1 flat head micro screwdriver.

e. pliers.

The magnets from the headphones are used to reposition the inside cubes.

A note of caution.

Staple sticks can be very fragile.

Take care when super-gluing the joints together. And when moving the cubes around.

I really did not measure the cubes.

I used the sticks out of the box for the first cube then I just laid a stick across the opening of the cube and separated it at that length.I knew that if the stick would fit in the cube so would the next cube. Magnets you can put the magnets anywhere you desire as the whole structure is metal. So you make it appear any way you want. The effect I was going for was that the cubes were floating.
