Double Chocolate Brownies

These rich brownies are filled with chocolate bits, nuts and raisins topped off with white chocolate

Ingredients,materials and Preperations

Ingredients:

225 g unsalted butter

150 g dark chocolate

165 flower

150 g dark brown sugar

4 eggs (beaten)

240 g mixture of chunks of chocolate, nuts and raisins (I use mostly dark chocolate)

100 g white chocolate

materials:

a pan

a heat resistant bowl

mixing bowls

baking tin/ cake tin 28x18 cm

preperations:

preheat the oven for 180 degrees celcius

grease the cake tin and cover it with baking paper

Melting the Chocolate

Heat a small pan of water

put your heatresistant bowl on the pan

add 150 g of dark chocolate and the butter to the bowl

the chocolate and butter should melt slowly without burning

stir the bowl untill everything is melted

put the bowl away and let it cool down a bit

Making the Batter

Add the flower and sugar together and stirr them

Add the beaten eggs to the melted chocolate while stirring

add the chocolate mixture to the flower and mix untill you have a smooth batter

Baking the Cake

add the chocolate chuncks,raisins and nuts to the batter and stirr untill everything is mixed evenly

add the batter to the baking tin and put in the oven for 30 minutes

When the brownie is done baking wait untill it is cooled down to room temperature

melt white chocolate the same way the dark chocolate was melted or use the microwave but make sure the chocolate doesn't burn

use a fork or spoon to make stripes with the white chocolate on the brownie
