Double Stack Brownie, Organic Raspberry & Mint Cake With Cream Cheese Icing
Quick and Easy Double Stack Brownie Cake with Homemade Icing, Organic Raspberries & Mint?

Bake Brownies, Make the Icing, Combine & Enjoy!
Materials:
2 Boxes Brownie Mix
ICING:
1/2 Box Cream Cheese
2 Cups of Powdered Sugar
1 stick melted butter
TOPPINGS:
Organic Raspberries
Fresh Mint
1 tsp of vanilla
STEP 1:
Bake up two pans of brownies.
STEP 2:
Melt 1 stick of butter & add half box of cream cheese & vanilla to mixing bowl. While mixing slowly add powdered sugar. Mix until fluffy and consistent.
STEP 3:
Ice brownies, center then stack 2nd layer of brownies then ice the top.
STEP 4:
Add mint & raspberries to top of brownie cake icing.
Plate, Serve & ENJOY!!!
