Double Trouble Waffles

Who has time over the holidays to make waffles for your hungry family? Don't spend your time measuring out flour, and sugar, and butter. Breakfast has to be a hearty meal, and everybody is waking up and wants their food, FAST!

My mother came up with some great suggestions for this piece of delicacy, so she is well deserving of a thank you!

So this recipe is for breakfast, and it is an easy way to make a tasty, delicious, and beautiful looking meal in a matter of 5 minutes!

Ingredients

What would I need for the delicious Double Trouble Waffles?

Frozen Waffles. Use as many as you wish to use.
Maple Syrup
Chocolate Syrup
Strawberries or any other fruit of your choice

A Toaster Oven.

Toast Your Waffles

Now it is time to get started.

Start by obtaining your frozen waffles, and placing them in your toaster oven.

I recommend toasting them at 350 Degrees Fahrenheit. Once my waffles started to turn brown around the edges, I took them out.

But if you want you waffles less cooked, or more cooked, it is all up to your liking.

Add Your Syrups!

Now it is time to add the double trouble!

I added mine in columns, going up and down the waffle, leaving room in between each row of chocolate syrup.

Next, I got my maple syrup, and added the maple syrup in between the chocolate syrup. This was done to keep the syrups even about the waffle, and make the taste so much better!

There are many types of ways to add the syrups you like. You can make a pile in the middle, and have it flow to the outsides of the waffle. But that seems to be too much syrup for my liking.

So, did it how you like, and enjoy your syrup!

Adding Your Serving Suggestion

Now it is time to add your fruit to your waffle. Come on, do you think that I would let you guys have a meal full of sugar?

As you can see, I added Strawberries. I just cut them in half, then diced them into smaller pieces. MMMMM!

The picture below shows some blueberries. Other good toppings are bananas, raspberries, peaches, and blackberries.

Ok, you can add chocolate chips on top as well!
